In the near future, Sonia Quiñones competes on a dystopian game show that forces asylum seekers to fight for their citizenship — turning their lives and humanity into spectacle.

Having escaped hardships in Honduras, Sonia must now fight for her daughter’s future in a world that will never let her catch her breath.

Lluvia De Peces is a necessary story to tell, in a country where anti-immigrant culture is on the rise, and the exploitation of humanity is fueled by leadership and political influence.

Many undocumented citizens are voiceless, and are currently going through systematic horrors without Due Process.

As award winning writers & directors of our individual works, Jonah and I are in the exact position needed to give a voice to the voiceless in Lluvia De Peces.
